Jan 19(1.) NOTICE TO OFFERORS The Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR) is soliciting proposals for the following: 1. Climate-Controlled Farming Systems to grow various crops including, but not limited to, various lettuces, strawberries, herbs, and other high value vegetables. Up to three (3) systems are expected to be procured. Proposers should provide system descriptions, specifications, and cost which should include installation, support and training. 2. Consultants to support Community Building through ongoing engagement with the Waianae Community.
