US Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District Former Heeia Combat Training Camp Public Notice and Solicitation for Establishing a Restoration Advisory Board The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting an environmental investigation project at the former Heeia Combat Training Camp (CTC) Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS). The site is located on the windward side of Oahu Island, Hawaii. The Heeia CTC FUDS consists of about 200 acres in Heeia Kea and 2,254 acres in Waihee and Kaalaea Valleys, Kahaluu.
