The proposal included an increase in the number of F-22A assigned aircraft to the Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG) 199th Fighter Squadron (199 FS) from 18 Primary Aerospace Vehicles Authorized (PAA) plus 2 Backup Aircraft Inventory (BAI) to 24 PAA plus three 3 BAI.
