NOTICE TO MOTORISTS ROADWORK - H-1 FREEWAY (Miller Pedestrian Overpass to Kapiolani Interchange) Federal-Aid Project No. NH-H1-1(279)R Please be advised that the Road Resurfacing of the H1 Freeway in the Eastbound and Westbound direction from the Miller Pedestrian Overpass to Kapiolani Interchange is tentatively scheduled to begin on Sunday, June 21st, 2026, through the end of December 2027. Work on the freeway and ramps will take place nightly Sunday thru Thursday 8:30PM to 4:30AM. Work on overpasses and frontage streets will take place Monday thru Friday 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
