FUNERAL NOTICES

May 3(38.) ROBERT YOSHIO YOSHIDA Age 87, a graduate of Waipahu High School and a retiree of the Board of Water Supply, passed away on February 3, 2024. He was a caring, kind and generous brother and uncle. He loved family get togethers. He enjoyed his yard and had a green thumb as everything flourished. He is survived by siblings, George (Paulette) Yoshida, Beatrice (Lawrence) Orion, and Linda (Al) Orion, nieces/nephews, and grandnieces/grandnephews. He was preceded in death by siblings, Annie and Roy Yoshida. Private family services were held at Mililani Mortuary. (End Date: May 3) (p4)
Apr 28(39.) GREGG W. ROBERTSON Gregg W. Robertson, loving husband, father, and successful executive who used his business skills and resources to support philanthropic causes, passed away on December 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Gregg is survived by his son, Gregg Robertson, Jr., and daughter, Lisa Murray. Gregg was born in Sydney Australia in 1934. He had an older brother Bruce, who recently passed. As a child, Gregg wanted to see the world, so he left Australia in his mid-teens to become a merchant marine and traveled throughout Asia and Europe.
