Persons or entities who were clients of Stuart M. Cowan at the time of Mr. Cowan’s death on January 6, 2018 may be able to recover files and funds in the custody of Mr. Cowan by contacting Kenneth S. Robbins, Esq., who is the Trustee appointed by the Hawai’i Supreme Court to inventory Mr. Cowan’s client files and funds. Please respond by mail at the address or telephone number below within the next 90 days.
Please note that Mr. Robbins is not empowered to intervene in the legal affairs of Mr. Cowan’s clients whose files Mr. Robbins is empowered to inventory.
Unclaimed files will be destroyed.
