WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Scott Valle, Waialua, Oahu 96712 has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-32 and section 11-62-34(c)(1)(C).

Mr. Dennis Poma, President of Advanced Compliance Solutions, Inc., (ACSI), Waipahu, Oahu 96797 is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance is for a proposed individual wastewater system that will be installed on the property located at 67-343 Kiapoko Place, Waialua, Oahu 96791 and TMK (1) 6-7-014: 017.
