VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 944

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Ms. Gina Hara, Property Manager, Waialua Shores Apartments has applied for a variance for a maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Michael McNulty, P.E., McNulty Civil Engineering is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. This variance renewal request is for the continued use of an approved individual wastewater system at Waialua Shores Apartments, 68-017 Au Street, Waialua, Hawaii 96791 and TMK: (1) 6-8-011: 006.
