NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE DISSOLUTION
OF CAMINO DEL CIELO, INC.

In accordance with Section 414-387, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, notice is hereby given that CAMINO DEL CIELO, INC., a Hawaii corporation ("Corporation"), was dissolved effective April 10, 2025. Parties with claims against the Corporation should present their claims to the Corporation, c/o Case Lombardi, Attention: Matthew A. Cohen, Esq., 737 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The notice of claim must include (1) the full legal name of the claimant, (2) a summary description of the claim, (3) the date the claim arose, and (4) the contact information, including address, telephone number, and email of the claimant. A claim against the Corporation is barred unless a proceeding to enforce such claim is commenced within five years after the date of publication of this notice.
