VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 854

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Mr. James Sipin has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-34(a)(1)(C) of Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Michael McNulty, P.E., McNulty Civil Engineering, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 47-711 A Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii, 96744 and TMK (1) 4-7-014: 010.
