NOTICE OF RIGHT TO PRESENT CLAIM AGAINST
CHOYCE DISTRIBUTION, INC.
ALL PERSONS TAKE NOTICE that Choyce Distribution, Inc., a Hawai’i corporation, was dissolved on March 1, 2024. In order to preserve any claim against the corporation, you must:
1. Present your claim(s) in writing to the dissolved corporation on or before October 25, 2024 and include the following: Name, address, and telephone number; description of the claim; documentation of the claim, if any; and amount of the claim.
2. Mail the claim(s) information to the dissolved corporation at the following address:
