NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION: AZEKA BUILDING CORPORATION, a Hawaii corporation (the "Corporation"), intends to terminate its existence, and will be dissolved effective December 31, 2017. All persons with claims against the Corporation must present them in writing to P.O. Box 1623, Kihei, HI 96753.
