WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person regarding the following. Jeffrey and Lizabeth Tom have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from sections 11-62-32 and 11-62-34(c)(1)(A) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Finn D. McCall, P.E. is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 47-695C Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 and TMK (1) 4-7-014:016.
