NOTICE is given that 91-1060 Mikohu St. #5T LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the “Company”), intends to dissolve effective as of December 31, 2021 and to terminate its existence. All claims are to be presented in writing to the Company at P.O. Box 61307, Honolulu, Hawaii 96839. The claim must include the claimant’s full legal name, a summary description and amount of the claim, the date the claim arose and contact information, including claimant’s address and telephone number. A claim against the Company is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication date of this newspaper notice or the date of filing of the articles of termination.
