Notice To Motorists
Traffic Signal Modernization, Oahu – Phase 1, Island of
Oahu Federal-Aid Project No. STP-0300(163)R
Installation of Traffic Signal Improvements will begin at the intersection of
Ulune Street and Kahuapaani Street on October 2021. Work includes
the installation of traffic signal systems and reconstruction of
sidewalks and curb ramps. Working hours are from 8:30AM to 3:00PM,
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Lane shifts and lane closures will
occur from 8:30AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Motorists are advised to use caution and follow all traffic control signs, devices
and flag persons while driving through the construction zone.
