NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

BURKE MCPHEETERS BORDNER & ESTES ATTORNEYS AT LAW A LAW CORPORATION, a Hawaii professional corporation (the "Corporation"), has been dissolved and Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Director of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii, effective as of August 24, 2021.

In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 414-387, all persons with claims or potential claims against the Corporation must submit their claims in writing to the Corporation at 999 Bishop Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, United States. The written claim must include the following: (1) the claimant’s full legal name, contact person (if the claimant is a business entity), address and telephone number; (2) a description and amount of the claim; (3) the date the claim arose; and (4) copies of all documents and other information evidencing the claim.

PURSUANT TO HAWAII REVISED STATUTES SECTION 414-387, ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CORPORATION IS BARRED UNLESS THE CLAIMANT COMMENCES A PROCEEDING TO ENFORCE THE CLAIM WITHIN FIVE (5) YEARS AFTER THE PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
