NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
Notice is hereby given that Automotive Warehouse, Inc., a Hawaii corporation (the "Corporation"), has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii, effective as of January 24, 2019.
All persons with claims against the Corporation are requested to present their claims to Automotive Warehouse, Inc. at 1288 Ala Moana Blvd., #8A, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814. Claims should include information regarding the basis and amount of the claim, and the name and address of the claimant.
A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice.
