VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 936

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Mr. George Peaslee of Schulz-Peaslees Family Trust has applied for a variance for a maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Dennis Poma, P.E., of ACSI is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. This variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 65-500 Kaukonahua Road, Unit 2, Waialua, Hawaii 96791 and TMK: (1) 6-5-001: 047.
