PUBLIC NOTICE: Parents And Children Together (PACT): Early Head Start (EHS) /Head Start (HS) is requesting food service bids that follow USDA guidelines for Breakfast, Lunch and Snack for 215 Children Island wide during 2025/2026 school year, beginning August 4, 2025. Bids, general instructions, and specifications may be obtained at PACT: EHS/HS Main Office 1485 Linapuni Street Suite 105, Honolulu, HI 96819. Bid openings will be conducted at time designated on specific bid. PACT: EHS/HS is in accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA. The public is welcome on all bidding. PACT will be open for accepting bids from May 25 to
