Notice of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that LIFESTYLE DESIGN STUDIO, INC., a Hawaii corporation, also known as “Lifestyle Kitchens” and “The Cabinetree” intends to dissolve. Anyone having claims against the company must present their claims to Roxanne Okazaki, 888 Kapiolani Boulevard, Apartment 2510, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The claim must include a summary description and amount of the claim, when the claim arose, and the contact information of the claimant. Any claim will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce it is commenced within five years after the publication date of this notice.
