The CCFS0007 Proposed Plan identifies the preferred remedial alternative of Land Use Controls (LUCs) for managing the risk to future land users from the presence of buried lead-impacted soil that potentially remains at the Site. The Proposed Plan provides a summary of the work that has been completed and an evaluation of alternatives that are being proposed for CCFS0007.

The public is invited to review the Proposed Plan and information supporting the preferred remedial alternative at the public repository established for the site, in accordance with 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 179 requirements.
The public repository for CCFS0007 is the Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library (3225 Salt Lake Blvd., Honolulu, Hawaii).

Comments on the Proposed Plan preferred alternative should be submitted during the 30-day public comment period, which begins October 15, 2022, and ends November 14, 2022.
