AT&T Mobility, LLC, is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing 30.5ft wood pole in parking lot 3 at 4204 Diamond Head Road, Honolulu, HI. The modifications will consist of a 38.5ft replacement wood pole with a top mounted antenna at 41.75ft.
