NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
S.T. MARCKS, INC., a Hawaii corporation (the "Corporation"), has been dissolved and Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Director of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii, effective as of December 14, 2021.
In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes § 414-387, all persons with claims or potential claims against the Corporation must submit their claims in writing to the Corporation at c/o Law Offices of Lucas K. Love, LLLC, P.O. Box 240427, Honolulu, HI 96824. The written claim must include the following: (1) the claimant’s full legal name, contact person (if the claimant is a business entity), address and telephone number; (2) a description and amount of the claim; (3) the date the claim arose; and (4) copies of all documents and other information evidencing the claim.
PURSUANT TO HAWAII REVISED STATUTES § 414-387, ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CORPORATION IS BARRED UNLESS THE CLAIMANT COMMENCES A PROCEEDING TO ENFORCE THE CLAIM WITHIN FIVE (5) YEARS AFTER THE PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
