WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Moroni Riordan of Kualoa Ranch, Inc. has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-34(c)(1)(C) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Robert Chong of Laulea Engineering LLC, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 49-051 B Johnson Road, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 and TMK (1) 4-9-003: 002.
