VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 616

DOCKET NO. 20 – VWW – 52

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Calvin Soares has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from sections 11-62-32 and 11-62-34(c)(1)(A) Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Finn McCall, P.E., is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed 56-141 Hanaimoa Srreet, Hauula, Oahu, Hawaii 96717 and TMK (1) 5-4-015: 070.
