VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 592

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Katherine Anne Leary, has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Ty Miyabuchi of Engineering Dynamics Corporation is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 46-480 Hololio Street, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 and TMK (1) 4-6-027: 014.
