The public is advised that construction work for the NPDES MS4 Structural Best Practices for Trash Reduction – Waikiki is scheduled to begin on August 19, 2019, with a contract duration of 365 days. The project scope includes concrete repair of catch basins, the placement of Automatic Retractable Screens (ARS) and the cleaning of the catch basins. Traffic during work hours between 8:30am and 3:30pm will be open to normal traffic. Motorists are advised to observe caution while proceeding through the area, observe all traffic controls and posted signs, and stay alert for construction personnel and equipment.
