PUBLIC NOTICE: Parents And Children Together (PACT) Early Head Start (EHS) and Head Start (HS) is requesting food service bids that follow USDA guidelines for Breakfast, Lunch and Snack for 257 Children Island wide during 2019-2020 school year, beginning August 5, 2019. Bids, general instructions and specifications may be obtained at PACT EHS/HS Office 1485 Linapuni Street, Suite 105, Honolulu, HI 96819. Bid openings will be conducted at time designated on specific bid. PACT EHS/HS is in accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.
