WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Molly Miyashiro, Hauula, Oahu has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-32 and 11-62-34(c)(1)(C).
Mr. Gordon Chong is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance application is for a proposed individual wastewater system (IWS) to be installed on the property at 54-004 Pipilani Place, Hauula, Oahu 96717 and TMK (1) 5-4-011: 039.
