Notice is hereby given that Unitrad International of Hawaii, Inc. (the “Company”) has dissolved. All persons with claims against the Company must present such claim in writing to Unitrad International of Hawaii, P. O. Box 892701, Mililani, HI 96789. A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice. Any claim against the Company must include the claimant’s full legal name, address and telephone number and a description of the amount and nature of the claim, including the date the claim arose.
