NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that WTH Inc., a Hawaii corporation (the "Company"), has dissolved. All persons and entities with claims against the Company must present them in writing to: WTH Inc., 1450 Ala Moana Blvd. Ste. 1360, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, Attention: Eddie Wakida. A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice, unless otherwise barred by operation of law. Any claim against the Company must include the claimant’s full legal name, address and telephone number and a description of the amount and nature of the claim including the date the claim arose.
