Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mary Jane Silva and Dreena Silva of Honolulu, Oahu have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-32.
Mr. Wesley Wong, P.E., Principal, Laulea Engineering, LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for a proposed septic system to be installed at 410 A Auwaiolimu Street, Honolulu, Oahu, 96813 and TMK (1) 2-2-014: 031.
