NOTICE TO MOTORISTS
FV Coluccio Construction Company Inc. will begin construction on the Uluniu Avenue Sewer Reconstruction Project, for the City and County of Honolulu, Project No. W2-17A, beginning September 2018 and is scheduled for completion in September 2019.
The project will include the installation of approximately 375 feet of new sewer main piping by traditional open trench excavation and mini microtunnel drilling methods. This work is being accomplished to upgrade the sewer system along Uluniu Avenue. The work will affect Uluniu Avenue, between Kuhio Avenue and Koa Avenue.
Work hours for the project are anticipated to be accomplished between 8:30 AM thru 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, except holidays. Hours of work during the duration of the project may vary dependent upon the type of work being performed. Expect roadway detours along Uluniu Avenue and adjoining streets. Please drive with caution through the construction area and obey all traffic signs and notices.
A Public Information Hearing about the project will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Jefferson Elementary Cafeteria, 324 Kapahulu Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815.
