WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Kelly Darling, Secretary/Treasurer, Tutu’s Association, Haleiwa, Oahu has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62.31(a)(1)(A) and 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(C).
Mr. Michael McNulty, P.E., McNulty Civil Engineering, Waialua, Oahu is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The request is for a variance application renewal for the continued use and installation of individual wastewater systems for properties located on Tax Map Keys (1) 6-1-003: 058–079, 081–083, and 089-091.
