On July 9, 2018, an application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission for consent to assign the license of KGMB, Channel 23, Honolulu, Hawaii, from KHNL/KGMB License Subsidiary, LLC (“Assignor”) to Gray Television Licensee, LLC (“Assignee”). A copy of the application and related material is available for public inspection at www.fcc.gov.
The officers, directors and 5% percent or greater shareholders of the Assignor are: KHNL/KGMB, LLC, Raycom Holdings, LLC, TV Stations Holdings, LLC, Raycom Media, Inc., Donald Patrick LaPlatney, Ellenann B. Yelverton, Susana Willingham, William R. McDowell, Diane S. Griswold, Kenneth C. Randall, John Lillie, John Stein, Barbara Thomas, Bruno Francisci, Wayne Daugherty, George M.
