WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Mark Mann, Executive Director of Life Care Center of Hilo, Hawaii has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-23.1 (c)(1) and (2).
Mr. George Hanselman, Director of Maintenance of the Life Care Center of Hilo, is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the continued use of a wastewater system that is servicing the Life Care Center of Hilo at 944 West Kawailani Street, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720 and TMK (3) 2-4-003: 052.
