Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Thomas Coulson, Six K Saddle City LLC has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-23.1(a)(1)(D).
Mr. Michael McNulty, P.E., McNulty Civil Engineering is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the continued use of septic tank systems located at 41-1791 Kalanianaole Highway, Waimanalo, Oahu, 96795, and TMK (1) 4-1-013: 002.
