WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Christian Marsten, Owner/President, Tahiti Nui Enterprises, Inc., Hanalei, Kauai has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-31.1(a)(2)(A) and 11-62-31.1(a)(2)(D).
Mr. Brian M. Hennessy, President, Honua Engineering, Inc., Hanalei, Kauai is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance application is for the continued use of an IWS that was installed at 5-5122 Kuhio Highway, Hanalei, Hawaii, 96714, and TMK (4) 5-5-010: 075.
