NOTICE TO MOTORISTS
City & County of Honolulu – LED Street Lighting Conversion Project
Please be advised that from March 19th to April 30th, 2018, all City & County of Honolulu street lights in the Waialua and Haleiwa areas will be retrofitted with LED fixtures. Work hours are from 8:30AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution, observe all traffic control devices, anticipate delays or use alternate routes. HPD Special Duty officers will be used at critical locations to assist motorists and pedestrians.
