NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on August 9, 2017, the United States Marshal, District of Hawaii, arrested the vessel KILOHANA, O.N. 1208577, at the Hawaii Yacht Club, Honolulu, Hawaii, pursuant to a Warrant for Maritime Arrest issued by the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii upon a Verified Complaint filed in the United States District Court, District of Hawaii, and captioned Irving Ogner v. M/V KILOHANA, O.N. 1208577, et al., Civil No. 17-00352 JMS-RLP. Any person claiming or having a possessory or ownership interest in said vessel must file and serve claims within ten (10) days after publication of this Notice and an answer to the Verified Complaint in Intervention within twenty (20) days thereafter. Any person claiming a maritime lien or other interest in KILOHANA, O.N. 1208577, must file their Rule 24, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, application to intervene within the time fixed by the Court.
