Halawa Wastewater Pump Station Force Main Improvements Beginning Wednesday, November 8, 2017 the City and County of Honolulu along with it’s contractor Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. will begin force main improvements on the Halawa Wastewater Pump Station. Construction is expected to be completed within ten(10) months. The work will take place Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Work will consist of installing a temporary sewer bypass system that will run along the East perimeter of the Aloha Stadium parking lot, installation of a new flow tube vault, and installation of a new force main system.
