NOTICE TO PUBLIC Kailua Road Wastewater Pump Station Force Main Improvements Beginning Monday, September 25, 2017 the City and County of Honolulu along with it’s contractor Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. will begin force main improvements on the Kailua Road Wastewater Pump Station. Construction is expected to be completed within six (6) months. The work will take place Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Work will consist of installing a temporary sewer bypass system that will run across Kaelepulu Stream to Kainehe Street, installation of a new fl ow tube vault, and installation of a new force main system. Kainehe Street may be reduced to one lane heading southbound in front of the Paolani Apartments from October 16th to November 3rd, 2017.
