Post-FONSI Public Notice On July 6, 2017, the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") granted the Antenna Structure Registration application of Blow Up, LLC, File Number A1074911. This application proposed to install a replacement 150-foot self-supporting lattice tower, located approximately 75 feet southeast of the existing tower for radio stations KHKA and KLHT, within the Keehi Interchange off Kamehameha Highway, TMK No.: (1) 1-2-013: Parcel 023 (portion), Honolulu, HI 96819. In granting the application, the FCC conducted an independent review of the applicant’s environmental assessment and supporting documentation, and found that the project will not have a significant impact on the human environment.
