PUBLIC NOTICE On July 7, 2017, an application was tendered with the Federal Communications Commission seeking consent to transfer of control of KALO TV, Inc., licensee of KALO(TV), Honolulu, Hawaii, which is authorized to operate on Channel 38, from its current board of directors to a new board of directors. The current members of the board are David Tipton, Robert Hamilton, Woodrow Chung, and Mark Tipton. The new members of the board will be Jack Hibbs, Tom Jordan, and Steve Pincin.
