Notice of dissolution of
JOSO Ventures LLC, A Hawaii Limited Liability Company

Notice is hereby given that JOSO Ventures, LLC (hereinafter “LLC”), a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, was dissolved by action of its members effective as of April 26, 2019 and intends to terminate its existence pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 428.
All persons having claims against the LLC shall present them in writing not more than 30 days from the first date of publication of this notice to JOSO Ventures, LLC, 3425 Ala Hinalo Pl, Honolulu, HI 96818. Claims must contain claimant’s full legal name, contact’s information including claimant’s address and phone number, concise statement of the basis for the claim, date of claim, and written proof of the amount of the claim.
All claims against the LLC are barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication date of this Notice or the date of filing of the LLC’s Articles of termination with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii.
