VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 558

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Joe Wasco of Wasco Builders, LLC, Kaneohe, Oahu has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-34(d)(1)(C) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Justin Josue, Project Engineer, Structural Hawaii, Inc., is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for a proposed individual wastewater system to be installed at 46-417 Hololio Street, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 and TMK (1) 4-6-027: 029.
