Notice of Dissolution. Notice is hereby given that Play Paradise, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the "Company"), was dissolved by action of its members effective as of July 31, 2019 and the Company intends to terminate its existence. All persons with claims against the Company are to present them in writing to Play Paradise, LLC, c/o Lisa Castillo, P.O. Box 1095, Kihei, HI 96753. The written claim must include the following information: (1) claimant’s full legal name; (2) a description and amount of the claim; (3) the date the claim arose; and (4) the claimant’s address and phone number. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §428-808, a claim against the limited liability company is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced two years after the later of the last publication date of this notice or the date of the filing of the articles of termination.
