NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GLORIA A. WALTERS has made and filed with this Court a Petition for Appointment of Successor Trustee of the above-referenced Trust.
Thursday, July 12, 2018, in the courtroom of the Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, who shall be sitting in probate, in the Judiciary Building at Kaahumanu Hale, in Honolulu, Hawaii, is the appointed time and place of hearing said Petition.
Any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court and service it upon all interested parties within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice or by the date of the scheduled hearing, whichever date is earlier.
