CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “KAPOLEI BUSINESS PARK WASTEWATER PUMP STATION” project [HDCC Job No. 41505], located at 91-219 Malakole Street, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] (1) 9-1-075: 051) in accordance with its contract with Aina Nui Corporation, Owner.
