JUNE CURBOW BERNARD, (aka JUNE C. BERNARD), DECEASED

All creditors of the Estate of the above-named decedent and/or the JUNE C. BERNARD Revocable Living Trust dated March 9, 2006, are hereby notified that Ramona Leilani Roque is the named and acting Successor Trustee of said Trust and the nominated Personal Representative of the above-referenced estate, whose address is C/O Timothy D.
